Plenty of lifts reduced or eliminated waiting time. Great trip as I took my senior citizen parents to visit my brother who lives in Silver Spring, MD. but they can up their game by doing room service during the covide - 19. we had to order uber eats for food because the hotel was not doing room service but for the most part a great hotel definitly would recommend staying. The staff is always very friendly, checkin and out is fast and friendly, room is a great size and well equipped.
