I feel very lucky to be working  as a learning support officer,  watching children learn and grow more with every day.My name is Ping and this is my first year being a learning support officer. Our vision is to provide every child in our care with an St Mary’s is a Church of England school and we are proud of our links with St.Mary's Church. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my beautiful family.I love working with the children at St Mary’s. It is warm and full of feelings!

I love to see the smile on my Prep’s faces as they arrive each morning and witness their enthusiasm to learn and master new skills. At home I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.I enjoy getting to know the students and building positive relationships with the students and families at St. Mary’s. My child is extremely happy at St.Mary's. As the Religious Education Leader I have the opportunity to help children connect with and grow their relationship with God, this is a wonderful thing to witness.I love working with the students at our school by providing them with valuable learning experiences in a safe and supportive environment. The Yellow hat helps us think positively. Outside of school I enjoy spending time with family and friends and hitting up the golf course.Currently studying to be a teacher and I am working as an LSO. Away from school I love spending time with family and keeping active.I love seeing the development in the Foundation students and the enthusiasm they have for learning new things. This means use a set of tools for learning which help the children to become independent and critical thinkers.This explains the different thinking hats and the vocabulary we would use to explain it to the children. We had a very exciting week in school exploring reading, texts, authors, reading skills, drama and reading in real life. In my free time I enjoy reading and going on walks.I love St Marys because all the staff and students are welcoming, friendly and supportive. The wonderful bunch here at St Mary’s would love to say hello!At the top of the list when measuring the quality of a school has to be the quality of the teaching staff. It brings me great joy seeing them improve and grow to be better people.My role is helping Vietnamese students to improve their language in particular and support other children in class. I love working at our school seeing young people develop their musical and creative skills. We’re extremely lucky to have such a great group of people here working together. And I love cooking them toast in the mornings at brekky club !! Foundation is a level where you witness incredible growth in many areas, including social and emotional.
