They are sneaky and you need to check your bills.

We have family members who have lost property and are currently displaced. a bunch of thieves,  told them they should prorate the first month since I only used 18kwph and they didnt!!

We have 4 Change Energy and we love it, aside from always having our service without interruptions from power surges, we love the fact that innout plan, if we consistently use 1000 kilo-watts, 4 Change Energy credits our bill $25.00 monthly, that is fantastic for us. We signed up because we found their plan to be the most comprehensive (read: easiest to understand) while still at a very good rate.
